About this experience

Echoes of Calm is a two-hour immersive sound journey designed to bring your nervous system to rest. Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and resonant percussion guide you from surface tension into something quieter.

No experience necessary. No performance required. You simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do what sound does.

What to expect

  • - Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets provided

Priya trained in Tibetan bowl therapy in Dharamsala and has since facilitated over 200 sound journeys across India. She brings stillness, warmth, and an unhurried pace to everything she creates.

Is this suitable for beginners? +
Completely. Most of our guests have never attended a sound bath before. You only need to be willing to lie still and receive.
What should I wear? +
Comfortable, loose clothing. Layers recommended. The room is kept cool and still.
